OverallBatteries only lasted two months. They replaced 4-5 without question or return. I returned them anyway and got no acknowledgement. The last time, two batteries went at once, one a replacement I only had few days. They, through Sophia, agreed to replace the two batteries AND the chargers, thinking the problem may be a faulty charger. They replaced everything but one battery. I notified them again, they promised to send the second battery. 6 weeks later, no battery and are ignoring my inquiries.

My bad: they didn't respond to my inquests because they never got them. My technical error at fault. I'm on chat with them now. The guy says they processed the replacement, yesterday and is checking w/shipping. waiting . . . OK, they promised to re-ship! If I could revise the above, I'd give 3 stars for overall and 4 stars for customer service. I might go up on the cost value since it is dirt cheap compared to cigarettes.
