OverallBest ecig out there! Got this for my Mother for Christmas and she loves it. She has not touch a real cigarette, only the eversmoke ecig. We thought nothing would ever work for her, but this has! The down side to eversmoke is Cust. Service! I have put in many many phone calls to get the billing and shipping address turned over to my Mothers info, they still keep sending things to me and using my credit card after 2 months and many phone calls nothing has changed. Today I just revived a back ordered case sent to me after myself and my Mother asked them 3 times to send it to her, oh and they STILL CHARGED ME FOR IT after begging them to use my mothers credit card! I hope eversmoke gets it together because they have a great product! They also need to fix the web site so customers can better manage the recurring delivery of cartridges! This part of the web site is VERY poorly done!

Unfortunately I would have to agree with you on customer service and and website design. Too many times have I had to call to get my home delivery program correct. Also, we cannot edit it ourselves, and even if we could, their site is so poorly setup for that. I have like 13 orders on my history, some cancelled, completed, declined, etc. and there are multiple boxes checked that causes so much confusion. I hope they get a better customer service, better website and make it more customer friendly b/c I do love their e-cig and would hate to leave b/c of poor service.
