Adrian from Fort Worth, TX reviewed SmokelessImage model 'Volt: Auto and Manual' on May 29 2012:
OverallI would like to begin by stating that this is the first E-Smoking product I've invested in. My words may not carry the weight of more experienced E-Smokers/Vapours however I did choose this product over all others after six days of extensive research so I should think that will mean something to others looking into the E-Cigarette market who don't have the kind of time on their hands that I have.
Value vs. Cost
From SmokelessImage's website, I ordered the Volt Standard Starter Kit in early May 2012. The price tag of $44.95 seemed like a large investment at first glance but after some comparisons to other highly rated E-Cig kits with similar pieces/parts (2 batteries, 1 USB charger, 1 AC charger adapter, 1 pack of five cartridges) it turned out to be fairly well placed on the lower end of the middle; Not the cheapest but still comparatively inexpensive. The shipment arrived within 3-4 days (to Texas) and everything that was supposed to be in the box was. The choices I made when purchasing were all fulfilled perfectly, the colour of the batteries actually looked better then they did on the screen. After a quick charge at my laptop I was smoking.
The first experience was one of surprise; I had no idea that it was going to feel so realistic. Even with the normally unusual flavour of Vanilla it still felt like I was inhaling actual cigarette smoke. I purchased both a Manual and an Automatic battery and found myself enjoying both but the Automatic was the one that really got me smiling (lots of vapour).
I am currently going through all of SmokelessImage's sampler packs to find out which flavours appeal to me the most. The size of their selection dwarfs most other E-Cig companies out there, as does their range of flavours. Not all of them are to my tastes but everyone's pallet is different; I am enjoying Vanilla and Ry4 at the moment.
I've yet to deal with their Customer Service as I haven't had any complains so far but I would definitely recommend the Volt to other beginners.
