Love, love love. The best e-cig ever. I have been a smoker since I was 18 yrs old and I am 66 yrs old today. I haven't smoked a traditional cig for over 8 mos. I feel so much better and breathe better. My doctor is thrilled and gave me his full approval to use e-cigs. SBS is the best and most economical as well as the best customer support.

I'd recommend this brand to anyone. I absolutely love them. I am really satisfied... only used them for a week at this point. i went out on a limb and tried the classic tobacco and the tobacco gold right from the start- its great to have tried both, and i like them both. i think the gold is more my thing, i like a heavier flavor. i will venture out and try the wilder ones soon, next time i order, and go for the sample set.

Love SBS Smoke! No more excuses on quitting! I have quit smoking using SBS, my dad has, and my wife has, and we've all been smokers for decades. If we can do this, anyone can! I'm not kidding when I say its as close to a cigarette as it gets, you just have to let yourself feel it and stop thinking so much. it works! and its great not have all the gross baggage from cigarettes anyway. My dad is 65 people, he's lived this long, and smoked since he was a teenager. He started using these and was glad that something truly works to help. They are really affordable too, so worth the purchase. for yourself or anyone you know.

After 28 years of smoking I am beyond happy to be true! I am now on the nicotine free cartridges with SBS Smoke and I am loving life even more. I started using them 6 months ago and found it very simple to slowly drop my nicotine down gradually. I started with the full/ 16mg, and then in about 2 months I started on the 12s. This starter kit was one of the best purchases I could have made. It was without a doubt the smartest and most realistic way for me to stop smoking cigarettes. Besides, I work in a smoke-free environment, and it is really not tolerable to come in to work smelling like smoke. So I used to above to great lengths to make sure I was smelly, or had any obvious signs of smoke on me. It is FAR easier to be smoke free in this case. Also, I love not having to overdo it with the perfume- a little is enough for me! Also, I always get tons of compliments using my e-cigarette! I love that SBS Smoke put so much care in to make them look nice, I don't think I would really have used them otherwise. They've been perfect for me, Love that they make work a little easier.

I love that its all easy to decipher. And that was my biggest motivation in buying from them in the 1st place- it was not confusing. the manual they send with the kits is very good too, easy to understand and I never had any issues getting set up or using my batteries the right way. I've heard that if you don't, you could do things like cause your batteries/ cartridges to leak, or to not work right/ or to not make enough vapor. From the start I had a feeling this company was the one, and I'm glad that at this point in the game- 3 months, I am just as satisfied with everything. They have done wonders.

I am totally happy as a SBS Smoke customer. These are the best e-cigarettes ever! I have been impressed with the batteries from the very start and I love most of all that they can last a very long time between charges. I hated that when I tried several other brands it was pretty annoying to feel like I had to charge a single batter at least twice a day. Now, because I am not vaping all day long, I go about a day and a half from charging. And I have 2 batteries so I'm not dependent on just one. Overall too I love the flavors they offer, love how the carts work, and I love that they have a really great method of customer service. Way better than cigarettes, and way better than any other e-cigarettes- yes I am a happy SBS customer!

Best ecigs ever. I love using them, love how great they've worked for me and how nice it was to be able to quit smoking with them. So worth the small price for the starter kit and SO worth the price every month for the refills w/ 20%. I never have to worry about cravings because the nicotine is perfect. Quitting w/o help can be too hard, these make it easy and actually enjoyable.

I have been using only e cigs for 3 years now and have tried about 5 or 6 different brands. SBS definitely has been the best by far. I was a pack a day smoker for 25 years and haven't had a real cig in 3 years. I use auto ship and therefore don't pay for shipping. I am still using the original batteries after almost a year. I have occasionally receive cartridges that are low on fluid but that rarely happens, whereas it was happening very often with other brands. Good amount of vapor. I wasn't a menthol smoker before but now that's all I use. I spend $70.00 a month and smoke all the time.

SBS Smoke rocks! They cover all the bases and I am very happy for it. The products are just what I wanted and needed and they are so satisfying to use, all the time. They are really smooth hitting and the vapor is really big, I haven't heard of any other brand that produces this much. 2 times, unfortunately my refills came with bad carts, and they replaced them very quickly and were really apologetic for it. I understand that things can come up- not a big deal, but I'm glad they know how to handle it. Shipping has also been fast every time. Can't say a bad thing about this brand...

Love SBS Smoke products. Top of the line all the way. Best performing batts I have seen and they make products that work good. Excellent cartridges. They produce very good vapor and throat hit. Love the flavors they offer. I really like the feeling from the nicotine, the 12mgs are not too strong, but not weak at all for me. Long battery life, short charging time, and they don't cost a fortune. Hey at least I can say I'm lil more ""green"" with these instead of smoking cigarettes!

My friend who is a SBS Smoker referred me to this brand. I took the plunge and got a kit and it was a very good decision. They work very well for me, feel very good, and they are a good replacement for cigarettes. Colors are very nice, classy looking. I have used these for 2 weeks, very happy with them. I just switched to SBS Smokes from Optima. While I had no real issues with Optima I switched because SBS is a better value. I have been pleasantly surprised. The cartridges last longer and have a better vapor volume. Battery life is comparable. And while a 30-pack of Optima cartridges is $99.99, I get 45 from SBS for the same price. I'm very glad I made the switch.

Well I am fairly new to Vaping and E-Cigs. Though I want to first foremost to tell you that I am very impressed with the Quality and Vapor produced from SBS E Cigs. They are well built a bit bulkier then Blu or other styles. Though to be honest I love the thicker feel it makes it easier for people with big hands such as my self able to hold it better.

So lets start in on the customer service department at SBS. I had issues with the order and shipping. Though after talking to Nicki and Jeremy of SBS Smoke I am happy to say they resolved all the issues. They were prompt and very professional to fix the issues though sadly a lot of the issues with the shipping stemmed from them moving to a new location for fulfillment. I started with the E cigarette on Feb. 12th. 2013 , I haven't smoked a real cigarette since! I'm very much pleased with this E cigarette. Customer service has been good, so far I've only ordered online with no problems. I started out with Light cartridges, and just ordered ultra light. I would recommend these, I am hoping to quit cigarettes all together and this seems to be working. Plus no dirty ash trays, no cigarettes butts to put in my pockets because we are not allowed to smoke at most places. My house is starting to smell better! LOL... Even if I don't stop smoking, I will probably use this E cigarette , its just so much cleaner and less mess to deal with.

I have been a customer of SBS for over a year and a half. I gotta say, when it works I love it. The taste and the vapor are second to none. However, the problems I've been having are unacceptable. I have been through about 10 batteries, and even though SBS replaces them it takes a week to receive them. With that said, I could tolerate the battery issues. What I can't take is my last three cartridge shipments being faulty. I opened my box of cartridges, noticed they had the old yellow design, screw it on, take a drag, and it tastes like burnt paper. The taste is like that of a used cartridge, that needs replacing. I tried 15 cartridges in a matter of minutes, with each one tasting the same.

Been a customer since last April & had loved it. Come Jan of this year had nothing but problems with their carfidges & batteries. Come to find out they have changed their manufacturer of their Cartridges & have upgraded the batteries that dont work with the old cartidges. The new cartridges taste terrible, dont last as long & leave a terrible after taste.

GREAT PRODUCT!! I ordered the deluxe starter kit and an extra battery with the 12mg cartridges. I have been a smoker for ten years of about a pack a day! I started vaping and have not touched one in over two months! the vapor is great and the battery life is great! I ordered my first kit from SBS in April 2012. The order came quickly and with my first try, I got the throat hit and vapor they promised! I was thrilled and found I could switch exclusively to these electronic cigs! I joined the home delivery program - however found i had to call each month to adjust my order. I was smoking 3/4 pack a day and expected a cartridge to last at least a day given they said it was equivalent to a pack or so - but i was consuming more than I planned so i needed to increase my order and shorten my delivery intervals. Received my starter kit and have used it for about 2 weeks and am impressed. I have two other brands, but find myself going back to the SBS for the taste, big vapor, battery life and cartridge life. I also used their Home Delivery Program with great success. However, I do find their product a bit on the expensive side compared to the other 2 brands I also have, especially when SBS adds in shipping---at those prices, they ought to have free shipping----so the cost to value is low in my view, but a good brand. I did have an issue with my starter kit and customer service was all over it and actually sent me a replacement without asking for the wrong item back---amazing.

I see SBS is still "soft shoeing" the issues I have brought up and still have not informed their customers of these issues. Their total lack of customer communications is a cause for pause.....and it should be. Not only have they not communicated with their customers, they have "silenced" me from raising these issues/concerns on their FB page by eliminating all of my posts--good and bad----and have eliminated my ability to post, like, or comment on their PB page. With my over 38 years of dealing within US corporations, the #1 success factor is customer communications-----SBS still doesn't understand that. Run, don't walk from SBS.

WAB - we are definitely changing back to the slightly smaller cartridges which fits the PCC. This was an error at our factory and we are terribly sorry for this. Regarding our eLiquid, we have a very big announcement to make in the next few weeks. It is what we call a game-changer and will show that SBS is the clear leader in this industry. Again -- we are sorry for the temporary inconvenience this production error has caused.

Update---they changed the cartridges and I am not impressed. The carts are now longer in length, the flavor is not the same and they only last about half the puffs than what they used to last. Also, by changing the cart size they do not fit in the Portable Charging Case (PCC) anymore---the lid does not close. I have brought these issues up to SBS, but no one there seems to care. I am now withdrawing my positive recommendation--once my existing carts are used up, I am done with SBS. You blew it SBS by ignoring your customers, not telling them of changes and not updating your web site description of the PCC to tell everyone the new carts do not fit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! As an alternative, I highly recommend Blu 100's or Apollo Superior eGo with some of their eLiquid and Jackson Creek eLiquid.

Update. I've used SBS now for a month and love them. They still are a bit more expensive, but the batteries, vapor and cartridges last and bit less than advertised. However the flavor is impressive!! I did cancel my SBS Home Delivery Program (HDP) because when you do the math the claimed 20% discount for the HDP really disappears. In 90% of the combinations ordering from the SBS web without using the HDP and using the 10% discount from ecigarettes365 you actually save more. SBS needs to really make the HDP a real 20% discount deal to get me to sign up again.

After trying 4 different brands SBS Smoke is the easiest draw with the largest amount of vapor and the battery but the cartridges leak way to easily it even says in the manual not to tilt the ecig while using out it will leak plus there's no free shipping and no small refill options for people on a budget like me, also the sweet taste of the vapor is stronger than others to the point of over powering the flavors so I did not stay with them. However their customer service is amasizing not only did they not ask for the broken battery back but they had me trouble shoot it myself

The deluxe are comparable to the greensmoke but with a crystal led at the end that lights up red. The batteries (especially the longer battery) last for several cartridges. The value is great except that you can only buy replacement carts in larger quantities that will cost roughly $40 for 15 carts.
I live in california and very pleased that SBS offers us all of their flavors whereas you can only get tobacco or menthol with Greensmoke. I would never interchange the charging systems with different battery brands but I often interchange the cartridges with these two brands of batteries.
Too bad it took almost 4 weeks for delivery from SBS. This is where this company is failing miserably. I highly suggest calling the company to confirm that they have what you want in stock or else you will be waiting weeks if not longer to ... View full review

i have tried 3 different kinds of e-cigs and this 1 is by far the best. the battery lasts me all day and then some. good for those long night out. the flavors intense, cartridges last 2-3 days before having to change them. there are a lot of good ones out there but i choose SBS Smoke. maybe because my cousin received his last week and seeing it and trying it real sold me. my wife and i have a 1 year old son and we were fighting cause i was still smoking at work and when i came home and played with my son and he smelled like the cigarettes. now i dont smell and neither does he.

This will be the first of two reviews I intend to give this product. This is my initial impression having my SBS for just 3 days now. Later on I'll submit a review with my long term assessment. So far, so good! I tried Blu cig and V-2 cig disposables before and the SBS is certainly superior to their disposables. However, it took much research and deliberation but I finally chose SBS over those two because of the reviews, pricing and warranty. First off, I didn't just order the kit but I ordered the personal charging case and an extra standard battery. I have been smoking blu ecigs for three weeks now and while they have a good flavor and work well as a substitute for the real thing, they irritate my mouth as if I have been eating or drinking something very acidic. If I drink too much orange juice or take too many vitamin C tablets the same thing happens...canker sores, sensitive gums etc. THEN....I noticed that the liquid that creates the vapor has ASCORBIC ACID. All I can figure is this is what's causing the irritation for most people.

This is my third attempt to find a satisfying e-cigarette. The first two brands did not perform as well as expected. They did not produce enough smoke, nor the feeling of having just taken a "drag". The batteries did not last as long, either. I just purchased the "SBS Smoke Deluxe e-cigarette kit", and what a pleasurable surprise! It smokes like a real cigarette. You can feel the "drag" with every inhale, and the smoke is amazing! The cartridges are not messy, and easy to change, with a new atomizer in each cartridge. The cartridges last longer, and the batteries do also. My kit came with two batteries, so you always have a working e-cigarette. No waiting for a battery to charge, so you can have a smoke. I rate this product a 5 star!

SBS Smoke is the first e-cigarette brand I've tried and I can say I'm fairly satisfied with the product. I found that the battery life was good and it was easy inhale with little resistance, although there was not as much vapor as I would have liked with each drag. But the unit does look and feel like a real cigarette, which I liked since I didn't want it to look like I was smoking a pen. I was always hesitant of trying e-cigarettes because of the price but I found the $30 premium starter kit to be a very good deal since it comes with the equivalent of roughly six packs of cigarettes. Overall I am very satisfied with my purchase and my experience with SBS Smoke.

I have smoked for 32 years and thought I could never quit. I am certainly a believer in e-cigarettes. I've seen e-cigarettes at the mall before but they were cheap looking.
I switched to SBS Smoke from Safe Cigs and could not be happier. I got my kit a few weeks ago and I will say - I'm very impressed. It does create a lot of vapor and the batteries certainly last longer than Safe Cig's batteries.
I like the tobacco flavor and so far the cartridges have been very consistent in how long they last.

I have tried several e-cigs and southbeach is the best. It gives you such a great hit in the back of your throat. You really can't tell the difference between this cigarette and a real cigarette other than bad chemicals in regular cigarette. I am sure i will be able to quit with these e-cigs. They are so satisfying and they really take the edge off the craving for real nicotine.

It really takes the edge off of the cigarette cravings that you get when you are trying to quit. Plus the amount of smoke that you get from these e-cigs does not compare to any i have tried.

I am so glad I chose to purchase these! Being a 13 yr smoker, I was suffering the usual problems from smoking tobacco. Looking for an alternative, I researched and found about the e-cigarettes. After reading reviews, I went with the SBS Smoke. I am very happy with these. I initially purchased the Deluxe Starter Kit and just ordered the Deluxe Plus for the extra accessories. I got the first kit for my husband and I to try out. Since we both love them, we needed more so we could more cartridges and other chargers. All of the flavors are good, but the Cherry and Vanilla are the ones we liked the best. Best of all, no more smelling like smoke and huge improvement in the smokers hack already! I highly recommend this company!

I am very happy to say that this e-cig has help me quit smoking completely. I really like the throat hit and amount of vapor. If I had to complain about something it would be that they took anywhere from 3-4 days just to ship every order that I have placed. I imagine its because its the new year and they are probably pretty busy. I think they need to work harder to get the orders shipped out next day to improve customer satisfaction. I think they should expand their flavors. I have noticed that a lot of other companies have a larger variety. I tried all their flavors and am partial to vanilla, cherry as I was a cigar smoker.

I have been an avid user of the ecig for 3 years now -- pretty much since they first hit the market. I started with a cheap free trial ecig and have gradually progressed in search of that best brand. I have tried blu cigs, green smoke, v2, prosmoke, safecig and now --- I think I have found my home with SBS Smoke. I thought this was a beautiful product when I first got it, everything was great; however, that changed after about 3 or 4 days. I began having problems with the cartridges not working, about half of them. When this product works correctly, it is great, but you can't depend on it. In SBS's defense the customer service has been good and they have faithful replace bad cartridges, but it is still a hassle to send it back and wait fot the new ones, plus I have to pay to ship it back and that to me B.S.. If SBS corrects this issue they will have a great product, but until then I would stay away.

First Class company and a first class product. I decided to come and post my experience after I just received an incredible email from them. First let me state that I have been extremely happy with my SBS since the day i got it. Have had no issues and have been able to cut my regular cigarette habit completely.

Anyway back to the email. They apparently just came out with a new battery that is the best battery ever produced for an ecig. More vapor, better battery life, etc. I don't know if that's true but that is what they said. Very nice experience so far. Got my kits this week and it's been a great transition from regular cigarettes. I thoroughly enjoy the menthol flavor and the vanilla flavor. My husband prefers the tobacco - they taste like Marlboro red according to him. They also have a great community on facebook where they answer customer questions pretty quickly. We're both happy to recommend SBS Smokes to the readers of this forum. Great value an great price.

I have been a customer of SBS Smoke for overall almost 2 years. I got a mas email from them telling me to come back here and post about my experience with them. Well given the fact that they have probably saved or extended my life, it's the least I could do. I was a 2.5 pack a day smoker and successfully used SBS Smoke to quit completely. Now I only use the ecig. I no longer get out of breath an I truly feel great - unlike before. The service at SBS has been excellent. After a year my battery went bad. I think that is pretty normal. I calle them and they sent me a brand new one. What???? Yep! A new one for Free!! They are always nice when I call and they always deliver my monthly supply on time. I'm very happy. Buy from them with confidence - there are no complaints here after 2 years.

I have been smoking off and on for 16 years. I have always quit cold turkey and done well for several months. But I always missed it. I ordered the e cigarette to replace traditional cigarettes, not necessarily to quit immediately. I smoked ultra lights so that is what I ordered. I believe the nicotine I am getting is slightly less than when I was smoking but I have not had any strong cravings that the e cig hasn't conquered. I am very impressed with the battery life and the convenience of being able to smoke anywhere and the fact that you can continually cut back your nicotine until you smoke with none! I do recommend this product. I researched the different brands and this appeared to be the best value for a starter kit and they also had good ratings.

This is an excellent product. Everything from the price (lowest I've seen) to the performance has been as promised or even better. I haven't lit up a real cigarette in 6 months after several other attempts at quitting with the patch and I even tried hypnosis - what a waste that was. Anyway I love SBS Smoke and what it has done for my life. I feel better, cough less and am sure I'll live longer. Lol. Oh maw sure you get the full flavor strongest strength. For me the lights were just not enough.

This problem has been resolved as we are now vacuum sealing all cartridges to prevent that from happening. We have also had our factory put in better quality assurance measures to insure issues are detected before product ships. We will always replace any defective cartridges and give proper credit. The cigarette was decent, but I was very disappointed with the service. They sent out replacement cartirdiges on autoship with a manufacturing defect and when I called them they acknowledged the problem and stated they would reship. I asked them to reship overnight since I ran out of cartridges and this was their fault but they stated they could not due this. Then, they stated they could credit my account which I agreed to. Then I stated I wanted to buy the cartridges with their new promotion off cartridges with 50% off. Then, they stated they couldn't provide credit to my account and can only ship the previous catridges which can take 5 business days. Excellent product. I switched from Blu Cigs and couldn't be happier. I purchased the Deluxe model which they recommend on this page (www.SBS.com/kits.aspx). It actually feels much more like a real cig. It's a little heavier in your hands than a real cig but it tastes very similar and is not harsh on the throat like the Blu. The folks at SBS are also very very very nice. They really went above and beyond when I needed to order extra cartridges on a rush to have for my upcoming trip. SBS Smoke is definitely better than other ecigarettes. I originally bought a Green Smoke ecigarette and thought the taste was awful and I had issues with the battery. After reading the reviews on this site, I ordered the SBS Smoke ecigarette and I absolutely love it. The cartridges taste great and I love that I can get the assorted pack and get all the flavors. Menthol is great - just like a Newport. I like the cherry too. The best part is that I haven't smoked a regular cigarette in over a month and have no urges either. I lost my father to lung cancer and was terrified of the same. I know that this has saved my life. SBS Smoke is the best ecigarette as far as I know. It gets my vote!

I have been a very happy customer of SBS Smokes for 10 months. I have not smoked a regular cigarette since the day i got my order. Yesterday something amazing happened. I called their customer service to tell them that my ecig had fallen in my pool and was destroyed. I told them I was panicking about not being able to use my SBSs for the time it would take to receive a new one that I assumed I had to buy. Well they said they would overnight a brand new deluxe model at no cost!!!! Wow - that is amazing customer service. I was so scared of relapsing and they went above and beyond to make me happy. I obviously have nothing but good things to say about their product and their service. Great job SBS Smoke. You saved my life!!!

I have read so many good reviews about SBS, so I decided for my first E-cig experience, I would go ahead and order the deluxe kit for my husband and I. I got the kits a little over a week ago, and I wish I could get five stars but I just cant. I love this product, however the cartridges in one of the kits did not work at all. I called customer service, his name was Andrew, and he was not the most professional, but he did send my replacement cartridges free of charge. Well I got them today, hoping that all the cartridges would work so I could finally enjoy using the E-cig a lot more. Unfortunately I was disappointed again. I too was skeptical as some others here were but these ecigs are great. I haven't smoked since I got these. Everything works as promised. Battery lasts me all day and the filters last me about the same as a pack. I must say I'm thrilled. Great product, great price. Finally able to quit cigs!

First kit we received, nothing worked. After several conversations and emails, we returned the kit. After several weeks, they sent another. Now I have have problems with the batteries not working. Well SBS Smoke has the #1 ranking for a reason. Here is my story. Got mine yesterday. I am thrilled with it. Took to work with me. Battery lasted all day. Gave me the nicotine fix I needed right at my desk. Interestingly enough, I smoked the ecig less than I would normally smoke the real ones. I guess the pure nicotine satisfied me after 1-2 puffs rather than sucking down a full cig like i would normally do. I called their customer service today to ask about charging and they were probably the nicest people I have ever dealt with in a customer service Dept. Very friendly and helpful. Like I said before, SBS Smoke has the top ranking for a reason!

Well it's been about a month since getting my new e-cig from SBS and I must admit after about 16 years of smoking this actually does work, but when it works. Let me explain, I am not sure if their quality is going down or what is happening, but when I first got it the long battery did not work, called the company and paid the shipping to them, $5 bucks, and in roughly about 2 weeks later got it back. I still had the short one, but within about 2 weeks in using that one, trying to keep it charged, it quit vaporizing. Now I had nothing to smoke so went back to the store to pick up a pack. Ordered the deluxe kit at the tune of 94.00 plus shipping. It never arrived, because they had wrong city and zip code. My husband got his. They sent out another, but no fancy box, instead it looked like it was made out of spare parts laying around. No gas certificate either. The battery does not work and the cartridges are half empty. Customer service is non existent. I complaint even on Facebook and they take down the complaint. I am stuck with a kit that does not work and the company won't do anything about it. Believe me go with somebody more reputable. Not worth the trouble. I have asked them to fix a simple thing like the address and cannot even do that. I cannot even cancel my membership at this point. AMAZING!!! No answer from them. RUN!!!!

Tiziana placed an order online and entered her zip code incorrectly. It WAS NOT a phone order so the incorrect zip code had to be a result of data entry error on her part. Here are the comments (unedited) from her account as recorded from the rep that helped her. - PLEASE NOTE how we decided to reship at no charge despite customer error. That is excellent service... "cci and was wondering where her deluxe starter kit was. tracking info confirms delivery but it was delivered to different zip code. so we updated the address and put in an issue to re ship the starter kit." Then Tiziana called a few days ago because her package arrived damaged --- It's probably the package that was lost due to an incorrect zip code. The other is probably still in transit. It's damaged because the post office had it for 3 weeks trying to figure out where to deliver it with a bad zip code. Clearly --- we did everything we could to try and correct an unfortunate situation that was outside of our control. This customer was handled directly by myself - the Customer Service Manager. We're truly sorry we could not make her happy.... but we will continue to make other customers very happy. And rest-assured we did issue her an RMA so that she could return the damaged kit for a refund.... as is our policy. We never deny a customer a refund if they are unhappy with their order.

Received my SBS Deluxe kit this week and so far it has been a pretty good experience. I had a some trouble with my batteries holding a charge and had to charge them for a long time, even though the charger showed green. The short battery seems to be working fine now, the long one still seems to lose it's charge quickly. One of the cartridges didn't work either, but I read that you can hit them on a table and that works sometimes. I am going to call the SBS customer servive and I feel they will address my problems from what I have read about them. It took me awhile to get used to inhaling, but I am improving all the time. I started with SBS Smoke over a month ago. Only a couple of days ago I received my kit. No fancy box like my husband got, no 100 dollars gas certificate. My kit looked like it was made out of remnants they had laying around. I paid over 90 dollars for my kit!!! The battery is dead after 10 minutes. Some of the cartridges are completely empty. Customer service is non existent and they don't fix the problems. Go with somebody else.

This is my second attempt at using electronic cigarettes. My first experience was very disappointing. I was using the Smoking Everywhere brand. The complaints I had were the battery did not last long, shipping times varied from a few days to a few weeks, and most frustrating was the inconsistantcy of the cartridges. In the same box of cartridges, I could get one filter that would last a day and worked well. Then the next filter would not work at all, a few puffs and it was used up. Being that is was from the same box as the one that lasted a day, it had nothing to do with storage, age, or the atomizer (as I had two atomizers). I received my SBS e-cig a few days ago and I am loving it so far! They came pre-charged and were ready to smoke the second I opened the box. Of course, it's not identical to regular cigarettes, but I think it is a great alternative! I've been a heavy smoker for most of my life and haven't been able to quit with any other method. After researching on the web, I decided to try SBS. I'm glad I did. I have cut my smoking down by 2/3. I'm very happy with this company. The price is right, the product is very good and the customer service is excellent. I like the automatic shipment of cartridges with membership. I will stick with SBS Smoke.

I love my SBS! Bought it last month, just received my refills and haven't touched a regular cig in over 4 weeks. Guys at SBS Smoke have been great and very helpful. Excellent customer service! I highly recommend them!

I bought the deluxe starter kit and I am very please with it. My husband is a reformed smoker so you can imagine how much he bugs me about smoking. No smoking in the house, in the car, in a motel, anywhere with him in site! Well now I can smoke anywhere I want. Even in
the house and car with Mr. and I quote, "I just put them down and stopped"! So sick of hearing that. Thank you SBS!

Been using this all day, I freakin' love it! I thought I'd have real cig now and then, but I stubbed them out halfway through -- SBS is way better. Overall experience is way better than smokiming, IMO. Great product, right price.

I'm not much of a smoker, but I like to have a cigarette when I go out.I HATE having to use a big purse just to hold a bulky pack of cigarettes.Now I just go out w/lip gloss, a credit card & my SBS cig!No one can bum one off me anymore!

Got mine today. Been vaping with ecigs for about 2 years. by far the best unit I've used. I'm talking about the Deluxe - haven't tried the premium as I prefer the 2 piece units. Great draw, great flavor and the lowest price I've seen on a 2-piece.

I was smoking a pack a day and spending about $200 a month on cigarettes. Now I have cut that cost down over 50%... plus I get all the extra benefits like smoking anywhere I want!

When I first started with SBS Smoke I loved them. Now the past two shipments have been all dried out, all 15 cartridges, which really pissed me off. Got a courtesy shipment, which also turned out to be duds! Waiting a week for a new shipment isn't acceptable to me, and I'm questioning cancelling the subscription with them if I call them tomorrow without satisfaction
