OverallI have read so many good reviews about south beach, so I decided for my first E-cig experience, I would go ahead and order the deluxe kit for my husband and I. I got the kits a little over a week ago, and I wish I could get five stars but I just cant. I love this product, however the cartridges in one of the kits did not work at all. I called customer service, his name was Andrew, and he was not the most professional, but he did send my replacement cartridges free of charge. Well I got them today, hoping that all the cartridges would work so I could finally enjoy using the E-cig a lot more. Unfortunately I was disappointed again. Three out of the 5 cartridges do not work, leaving me with only two cartridges to use. So now, I ponder on if I should give the company a chance, and let them charge me for the home delivery service which starts tomorrow. Will I get full product or will my cartridges be half filled or not working at all, once again? I want so much to use this product, as the few cartridges that do work are excellent and the battery life seems promising, but can I really wait by the mail box every week to get replacement cartridges for the packs that are supposed to work undoubtedly for me to begin with?
