OverallThe cigarette was decent, but I was very disappointed with the service. They sent out replacement cartirdiges on autoship with a manufacturing defect and when I called them they acknowledged the problem and stated they would reship. I asked them to reship overnight since I ran out of cartridges and this was their fault but they stated they could not due this. Then, they stated they could credit my account which I agreed to. Then I stated I wanted to buy the cartridges with their new promotion off cartridges with 50% off. Then, they stated they couldn't provide credit to my account and can only ship the previous catridges which can take 5 business days. With a product of this type and given the fact the nature of the product, I was very disappointed with their service. I wrote a very kind email to them with my complaint and they would not even respond. My original order number for the product was included below, but this is not the order number of the cartridges I ordered.
