OverallV2 has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. They have sent the wrong strength, a battery that did not work, half and order when I paid for a full order and today the half order that "was sent" was short.
Value vs. Cost
When I called about the battery, I could not get the one I had ordered, so I had to pick another color. They sent a return envelope to send back the bad battery, but no postage. This order was placed on November 26th today is December 19th.
