OverallI've been using the V4L PCC starter kit for almost a week now and my experience has been mixed. I came from using the zerocig and I feel that for the extra cost you don't necessarily get anything extra. To get a decent cloud of smoke let alone anything pulled in you have to pull relatively long. I feel I almost run out of air and I almost always have to prime it with a couple of puffs which I feel wastes the cartridge since it blows right out. The flavors are smooth and I compared both the cool carts to the wow vapor and I feel the same problem with both and the cool carts still get warm to the touch fast. The portable charger is convenient but for the added cost you may as well carry an extra battery and it's almost the same. I'll give it a little more time to at least finish all the refills I left but I probably will go back to zerocig after this unless anything changes. Also, the green LED light is annoying, why not use default red and allow an option to change?
Value vs. Cost

Well I love my E-Cig I'm been using them for about six months and every brand that I buy seems to break within two weeks or so. so this time I decided to buy a higher quality one and see how they work so I did my research and price matching and I have found that the V4L E-Cig seems to have the most to offer. plus I love the flavors of the different cartridges. I definitely think that I would not only tell a friend but keep using them is the future.
