OverallGot the ultimate kit and have tried a variety of different flavored carts and nicotine strengths. So, I think I gave V4L a fair shake, but I just can't give them a positive review. My biggest complaint has to be the excessive number of dead carts I received. Whole packs of carts would not work period. Out of about 50 carts I ordered, maybe 30 worked. That is unacceptable. Spent good money to receive nothing. V4L's customer support is just a bunch of blowing smoke (pardon the pun). They say because of strict quality control they won't take returns. That sure is a contridiction in terms, becuase if they had strict quality control to start with then I wouldn't have received so many dead carts.
Value vs. Cost

I had simular problem but not as bad. I was a heavy smoker, meaning I smoked more than a pack a day. I could not afford to buy carts already dosed, so I tried the liquid. It turns out that you can use the dead carts with the liquid and they work fine. I did buy the blanks but found that they needed to be soaked and resoaked before they actually worked good. Once they are working they are by far better than the pre made ones, more smoke, more flavor, not as long lasting but I dont care. I refill carts daily so I have them for the week. I am using about 30 carts for my wife and I. so far I am down to 11 level. my wife is on 18. the refill on old carts is the way to go. use the prefilled to find the flavor you want. good luck
