OverallI ordered from Victory on December 31, 2012. I ordered the started kit and received an email on January 2, 2013 saying that the starter kit had be shipped and included a tracking number.
Value vs. Cost
As I am not home much, I checked the tracking number over the course of a week and the only thing the tracking number said was electronic notification.
On January 7, 2013 I called customer service and was informed that I should have received the item and if I hadn't received in within 2 days call back and they would overnight it to me.
Please note that the item was not leaving the state and was being shipped about 150 miles from point of origin.
I called back 2 days later and am told the the kit shipped on January 4, 2013. After talking to a friend, I called customer service back to ask if it was shipped on the 4th why had I not received it as it would take 1-3 days to arrive. The woman transferred me to Anna, who picked up the phone and hung up.
On January 8th, I called customer service again and was told this time that the item was on back order but the truck had come in and it would be shipped on the 8th or 9th and that tracking information would be updated.
As of today the tracking information has not changed and I have not received the item. I was also told that they will bill me in about a week for the refill, even though I have not received the starter kit.
