OverallI tried the zero cig a couple of months ago. The taste was terrible and I tried just about every flavor and strength that they offer. The customer service was great until it came time for a refund. I am still waiting to get my money back. They called and verified recieving the product and told me they would be refunding me. Needless to say I am still waiting two months later! I hope that others have a better experience than I have had.
