OverallIt seems that most of the positive reviews of this product may be submitted because there's a "dangling carrot" of $10 to submit a review. This product may be sufficient for someone who has never smoked before and wants to get involved with nicotine; but for someone who has been smoking tobacco cigarettes for over 45 years, I'm sorry, this product will not be satisfactory. There is not enough vapor to get the "hit" needed without multiple and successive drags - which then puts the battery in a bind, I really got tired of charging batteries over and over during the day - and the sad part is one battery hasn't finished charging when the one being used craps out....pufthhhhhh ! I took advantage of the 30 day money back offer and returned the product; customer service over the phone was excellent. try to avoid the customer service 'live chat'..... I'm just sayin'. Perhaps if this product spent more research time improving the delivery end instead of the 'socializing gimmick' end, they may develop a better product. Think about this before you buy.... there sure are a lot of modifications (mods) out there and they are being done for a reason - some people want a lot of vapor, a nice taste, and a good hit. good luck in your search....

Lester, We appreciate your input and are truly sorry that the batteries didn't stand up to your level of vaping. The batteries are small to mimic a traditional cigarette. And so, based on use, more charging may be necessary. We are currently preparing for the release of our Premium 100 carts and batteries that will eliminate this problem for a longer vaping experience.
