I just wrote a letter of complaint to Blu-Cigs, I think it says it all, so I am pasting it here. The only positive is that I thought most of the flavors I tried were fairly good (tobacco, menthol, and vanilla), but the mocha flaver tastes like burnt popcorn.

Dear BluCigs,

I am writing to tell you how frustrated I am with your product (Starter Kit) that I recently purchased. I initially tried to use them for about 3 weeks and had so much trouble getting them to work I threw them in a drawer. Recently, after a couple months I pulled them out again because i hated the idea of wasting the money I paid for the cartridges that I purchased at the same time and had no better luck. I've spent more time trying to figure out why I couldn't get any vapor out of them than I did successfully getting them to work. I haven't been able to isolate exactly what was wrong, it appears to be multiple causes. It appears that sometimes the batteries charged, and sometimes not, perhaps one of the batteries is defective. Sometimes it appeared that the battery discharged just being in the battery pack while not being screwed into the charger. Sometimes the cartridges seemed to last a reasonable amount of time and sometimes they immediately failed. I wasted a lot of time trying to figure out why they weren't working by trial and error; screwing the cartridge into different batteries or screwing the battery into different cartridges. Sometimes it appeared to be the fault of the battery, at other times the cartridge. Even when I believed to have a working cartridge and battery the amount of vapor varied wildly. In short, my experience has been that this is a really unreliable system. It is typically against my nature to make complaints, I just simply swallow my losses, boycott the product, and move on. But I'm just totally frustrated, I had better expectations for the eCig technology.
